1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or ordering from AD Flower Stall, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Orders

• Orders and quote requests are sent to us on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after we reply on WhatsApp.
• Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change with market rates. The final price is confirmed when you order.
• Each flower is sold separately, in the unit shown (for example per kg, per bunch or per string).

3. Product Information

Flowers are natural products. Colour, size and variety may differ slightly from the photographs on this website.

4. Delivery and Refunds

• Delivery: same-day delivery in Guntur on request. Delivery charges depend on distance and are confirmed on WhatsApp when you order.
• Pickup: you can collect from the stall — Shop No: 4, AD Flower Stall, Rythu Bazar, near NTR Bus Stand, Coastal Andhra Region, Thamma Ranga Reddy Nagar, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 522001, India. Open daily 5 AM – 9 PM.
• Freshness promise: if flowers arrive damaged or not fresh, message us a photo within 2 hours of delivery and we will replace them or refund you.
• Cancellations: ready items can be changed or cancelled before they are prepared. Custom, wedding and event orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.

5. Weddings, Events and Bulk Orders

Large and made-to-order requirements are quoted individually on WhatsApp. An advance may be required to confirm the booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AD Flower Stall is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from delays outside our control.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
